Cooktop
1. Unlocking
Press and hold the button with the lock icon for 2–8 seconds until the indicator light goes off.
2. Switching On the Cooktop
Touch and hold the power (On/Off) button for 2–3 seconds.
3. Selecting a Cooking Zone
Tap the circle corresponding to the desired heating zone on the touch panel.
4. Adjusting the Power Level
Use the +/- buttons to adjust the heat.
Switching Off and Locking

Safe
1. Setting a Personal Access Code
On the digital keypad, enter any four-digit combination and press the # key to confirm.
2. Opening the Safe
To unlock, enter your previously set PIN code and confirm by pressing #.
3. Mandatory Reset Procedure Upon Check-Out
After you have finished using the safe, perform a forced code reset. To do this, press the red button located on the inside surface of the door.
After resetting, leave the safe door open — this helps a next guest start using the safe immediately

Sofa
- Remove the cushions and set them aside.
- Pull the mechanism at the bottom of the seat towards you all the way — the sofa will slide out.
- To fold the sofa back, repeat all steps in reverse order.
Murphy Bed
- Do not move the sofa.
- Remove 4 cushions: the seat and the backrest - the sofa frame remains.
- Lower the bed from the wall by the handles onto the frame of the sofa.
- Lower the bed leg.
- Pillows for the bed are stored in the closet in the hallway
Telephone
- To call the reception desk, dial the internal number 1000.
- To call another room, dial 1 followed by the room number. Please note: the landline phone in the room only works for internal hotel calls. For external calls, please use your personal mobile phone or contact the reception desk.
- When you finish your conversation, place the handset back on the cradle — the line will be automatically released.
Waste Disposal
1. Collect your household waste in a sturdy bag and tie it securely.
2. Proceed to the elevator lobby. To the left of the elevator, you will find stairs going down — go one flight down.
3. Dispose of the bag in the waste container.

Self-Service Laundry
- Load your laundry into the washing machine drum.
- On the control panel, select the soil level (degree of soiling).
- Set the desired washing temperature.
- Purchase detergent (gel and fabric softener are available from the vending machine).
- Pour the detergent into the appropriate compartment (gel into the wash compartment, softener into the rinse compartment).
- Start the cycle by pressing the WASH button (do not confuse it with the DRY button – these are different cycles).
- Payment activates the washing cycle
